For pipeline gas users, the original household ball valve should be designed and installed as far as possible to facilitate manual switch operation. The valve control manipulator should be installed on the original household gas ball valve. The semicircular part of the two brackets holds the handleless end of the valve. The two long handles of the bracket hold the mounting ears of the manipulator. Pay attention to the length of a bracket with screw holes The end of the handle should be clamped on the side of the mounting ear with the guide bar. Use two M6 * 16 hex bolts to screw into the screw holes on both ends of the bracket. Do not tighten the bolts to install the two brackets. Symmetrically clamp the two sides of the valve handle, tighten the two M4 nuts with a Phillips screw and a 7 # fork wrench (at this time, adjust the three-dimensional position of the bracket to make the output axis of the manipulator and the centerline of the valve shaft as coaxial as possible); Only M6 * 16 hexagon bolts.
The 12V current lead of the manipulator is connected to the 12V current output lead of the gas alarm, the red lead is connected to the "+" pole, and the black lead is connected to the "-" pole.
Cylinder gas users should unscrew the original pressure reducing valve, and install a manipulator with a cylinder-specific ball valve between the original cylinder angle valve and the pressure reducing valve, and then tighten it. (The icon is as follows :)
